Halloween, in general, has always been the hotspot of anything related to jokes, spooks, and pranks. Although considered a nonreligious or religious holiday depending on which culture you are in, everyone from all around the world could agree upon that the said holiday is always the perfect pranking time! Let’s face it: being the life of the party is a hard thing to do, especially when you don’t have a list of Halloween party prank ideas at hand.
Don’t worry, prankster, everybody here at Ownage Pranks lives by the saying “there’s always going to be room for pranking,” and yes, we didn’t just make that up!
Pranksters (like us) gather at one of our most favorite holidays of the year: Halloween. It is a holiday celebrated each year on October 31. Before we go on with our list of fun Halloween party prank ideas, it is essential to trace back the rich history of this spooktacular holiday.
*Warning, nerd alert ahead!*
Did you know that this popular tradition originated from an ancient festival when everyone wore costumes to repel ghosts, and its commemoration marks the day before the Christian feast known as the All Saints.
Also, it is the evening before the first day of the feast became a holy, or hallowed eve, hence the name Halloween. Here’s another fun fact: Halloween is a contraction of All Hallows’ Eve—the OG name of the said holiday!

Onto the list!
Head in the fridge
We always have that one friend who can’t seem to get their hands off of your precious fridge, and we’re here to help you get rid of them and their habit of doing so! Do this simple trick and make it seem like collecting heads lying around the neighborhood is your hobby:
Print a photo (preferably the size of a real head) of someone’s face. We prefer using the face of incredibly famous people (Ariana Grande or Katy Perry may do) or someone from the party to spook it up to the next level. Prepare a jar and fill it with water. Once you’re done preparing the materials needed, all that’s left to do is put the head inside the pot filled with water.
Human is served
It isn’t a Halloween party if there isn’t a prank that involves food and human body parts. (Now that we’ve mentioned it, it doesn’t sound like an appetizing combination after all, but that’s what we’re here for, right?) If you could stomach pranking your party guests into thinking that you’ve served them a dead man on the dinner table, here’s what you need to do. First, you may use cauliflower as the brain, boiled eggs for the eyes, carrots for the fingers, sausage for the intestines, and many more! The list goes on and now it’s up to you and your imaginative mind to think of food substitutes that look like human body parts. Bon Appétit, indeed!
Nothing beats a refreshing, cold drink when you get tired from all those trick-or-treating you and your friends have done the entire night. Whether you want something alcohol-free or one with a bit of punch to make the night a little more fun, we have two easy, bloody drink recipes you can do to amaze (and spook!) your Halloween party guests!
Witches’ Blood Cocktail Recipe
Pour the cherry schnapps, vodka, whisky, and lemon juice in a pitcher or in a cocktail bowl.
Add a generous amount of ice and stir well until everything is well combined.
Gently pour in the cherry soda and stir carefully to combine.
To serve, either pour into a punch bowl for guests to help themselves or serve in sugar-rimmed glasses for a little fancy garnish.
Bloody Halloween Punch
If you want something non-alcoholic for the kids (or the kids at heart) to enjoy, follow this straightforward recipe: combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and lemon-lime soda in a fruit punch bowl. If you want to make it a little bloodier, add a few drops of red food color or use punchy, red-colored fruit juices such as pomegranate or cherry juice—as simple as that!
