    Yeah but that's different. In your case you have cause AND effect. There's a direct link. You don't have that in the tobacco example or the dystonia case.

    There's a greater chance that she fell some time within that time period and that triggered it. It's like a balloon that slowly fills with water....you never know when it's going to pop. You can guess when it might pop but you can't say with 100% certainty when it will.

    But anyway, it's really sad. Poor girl.
