This is in the announcements section, no topic on there is really off limits for bumping

You guys only notice it bc most ppl rely on the "Unread Posts" button to see which posts have been made recently

I've debated about removing it for a while, but most people have grown to rely on it too much (usually people which just select a section like 'General Discussion' and see what new posts are in there)
