    So I get this message saying the ps3 is getting halo because another company bought the game. So let me know if you think or know if this is true or not. I am petty sure it is.

    No. Though Bungie became platform-independent a while back, Microsoft still holds the copyrights and trademarks, etc. for Halo, and aren't likely to release them anytime soon.
