Choboy has been mic spamming for about 20 minutes at the time of this post and I have asked him to stop many times and he just tells me to mute him. He knows the rules and he doesn't follow them.

If you do not have a demo, there's not much we can really do. If he should do it again, feel free to post again or message either myself or ownage with a demo here on the forums. Sorry!
