Alright so as many of you know or rather I hope that many of you know, specific prank requests can be sent to

The form is simple and easy to fill out, however i would just like to demonstrate to all what a good prank request really looks like as well as what a bad prank request looks like. These are REAL examples with different information and remember, the more detail the better the prank will be. One sentence of text will usually not suffice.

A Bad Request:

(666)-555-5919 someone found this kid beatin off at a party. should be funny hes a douchebag

The above prank request is a perfect example of what we DON'T want. Notice that there is no name, no city, no age, nothing about the guy and essentially nothing that could make this prank funny. Requests like these not only waste the time of the people that have to read through them, but the listeners as well. A request like this produces a terrible call, so the obvious solution is to follow the example as displayed below...

A Good Request:

(666)-555-2238 This is a nursing home called \"Dick Meadows.\" Tell them that you have a resident on your lawn taking a shit, named Joy. Tell them if they don\'t come and get her, tell them you\'ll call Illinois Department of Human Serivices, The Elderly Abuse hotlines in \'our\' area, and you will call the cops. When they ask where you live, tell them you live in DicksVille on Tittie Avenue, 2 blocks away from McDonalds. They will most likely freak out, because if they have another resident that escapes, they will get their nursing home licence taken away. Ps, make sure you do the shot gun noises. (;

This is an example of a GREAT request and as many of our listeners will remember this request did in fact happen and was funny. Notice the large amount of detail making it possible to perform this prank. The submitter has thought it thorugh, and has even helped Ownage out by thinking of a situation that was probably going to arise during the call. More requests like this one will produce a much more efficient show.

Props to The Baconator for writing this up.
