A xat chat box

Ok so my friend who owns a forum has a xat chat box and they are really cool. You don't have to make the smilies they already have them and you can pick a background and and Advitar. Also swears are censored unless you click on them. If you agree on this I could make it for you so you won't have to do anything all you have to do is make a background. K.
