    my internet can be really good at sometimes and then sometimes its just complete shit so i have to replug the modem/router and stuff.

    i had that before, i always thought it was because it didn't have a password on it, and my neighbour were stealing my wi-fi which made it slow at times.

    It could be your router is slowy crapping out or modem, But it could also mean you isp loves to throttle you.
    More then likely its your Isp throttling.
