Halo: Reach Event in Toronto and Vancouver

On August 21st, there will be an event going on in both Toronto and Vancouver, where if you follow UNSC Intel (UNSC_INTEL) on Twitter, "you'll get up to the minute updates from UNSC pertaining to the whereabouts of the Covenant."
I'm guessing it's sort of like a hunting game. For Toronto, it's 12 PM EST. For Vancouver, it's 1 PM PST.

Also, in addition to that, on the 28th of August (For Vancouver) and the 4th of September (For Toronto), there will be a different event going on, where "Covenant have located and attacked UNSC control points."

For Vancouver, that's located on 555 West Cordova Street, between 4-10 PM PST
For Toronto, that's located on 306 Queen Street West, same time, but EST.
