If WoW is a waste of time and money so is every other game you buy to each their own. People have different hobbies and spend ridiculous amounts of money on them. Hockey for example, sure it may have the benefit of physical activity but anyone who has played hockey on a team knows it costs a lot of money.. a hockey stick itself can cost $800 or more. Or there's things like modelling... My dad has spent over $100 000 on his hobbies.. building his model train and his remote control tanks... But who am I to tell him its a waste of his time and money.. If it brings someone joy then they should be allowed to do it without other people telling them whether its a good use of time or not.

Who gets to decide what's a waste of time and money.. It's not you or me that's for sure.
