    this might sound fucked up but i think it would end up being funny as fuck.
    go on craigslist under the lost and found section and find someone that posted an ad for a lost dog/cat. then call them and say that if they dont give you a large ammount on money in a certain ammount of time, you will kill their dog.
    make sure you get a dog with a really dumb name like sparky or fluffy because their owner is probably some dumb bitch who will freak the fuck out.

    If he did make the person completely fraek out at the end of the call he could switch up the animal and say he called the wrong person so it doesnt come off as mean, just to tone it down so he can actually put it on youtube
