I think that it should be required to have at least 100 posts or something like that to be able to post in the prank ideas section.
There are too many new members that dont know exactly how that section of the forums works that post useless crap like this: Call Subway...

Hopefully by the time a noob carefully spams enough posts to get buy with it and reaches 100, they'll forget their stupid ideas.

Also, just as an example, we should find and combine all the stupid ideas ever posted in said forum, just to warm them. Like a wall of shame.
