    Default The Baconator's Guide to Making Chili - A How To

    I fucking love the fuck out of chili. So I figured I would make a comprehensive, yet simple guide on how to prepare a delightful bowl.

    Ingredients:
    3 cans of tomato sauce
    3 cans of red kidney beans
    1 can of tomato paste
    4 tablespoons of chili powder
    1 tablespoon of cumin
    1 Yellow cooking onion
    5lbs of ground beef
    Bunch of Tabasco sauce

    Procedure:

    Gather the required ingredients and pile them in a sweet fort formation


    Make sure you have enough ground beef (I like to use 5lbs)


    Find a pot that's large enough ( I got this one from a restaurant that was closing down)


    Dice up an onion using the biggest fucking knife you can find


    Brown your ground beef (make sure it's cooked all of the way through)


    Brown your onions until they are reasonably soft


    Strain your kidney beans under cold water so the red saucy shit is off of them


    Combine all of this shit into your pan, add the spices, stir it up and put it on the stove on low for as long as you can ( i usually do 8+ hours)




    Stay tuned for the finished product...I'll post it before I go to bed tonight.

    Yeah, a crock pot is something that I'll buy in the future for sure. I don't really need it now though. Leaving that big pot on the stove for hours on end on a lot heat should achieved the same end product.

    So, anyone going to follow this recipe and make some chili?
