My graphics card is basically dead and i dont have the money to get a new one right now so i'm wondering how i could switch back to my integrated graphics so i dont have to deal with the freezing. Could i go into device manager and disable then be able to use the onboard graphics or do i need to take the card out all together beacuse i already tried taking it out and it wouldnt budge for some reason. :/
There should be a little lever under the graphics card, you're probably missing that. What's wrong with your current card, you mentioned freezing.

Yeah, the lever as Doom mention. It kinda feels like it might break if you pull to hard, but it will give just stop being a pussy.
I think you gotta switch what graphics you use in the BIOS settings but im not sure
You need to plug your monitor into the onboard port, instead of your card.
Then, sometimes there is an option in the BIOS to switch between integrated and external graphics.

Better. Just buy a new one. Integrated graphix will probably make stuff look shitty.

Pretty much any card from the last few years will automatically shut down the onboard card when you put in a graphics card. So yea, give this a shot. Also, have you ever used a q-tip to clean out the cards fans and such? Try doing that, and if that doesn't work try underclocking the card, you may just have some serious heat problems with it.

It would help if you listed our power supply unit, graphics card and motherboard.
Just because you are having video troubles with that card, does not mean its actually broken.
How have you confirmed it is broke?
I have a bad power supply for instance, and when I use it on my system I get scrambled pixels everywhere and pink and blue flashing after it runs for a while. When I changed to a new power supply, the problem went away.
How old is your system? All this could help. But in the mean time you should just be able to plug the monitor cable into the on-board adapter and it should automatically work upon next reboot. If that doesn't work, then you should try again to remove the graphics card.
Check/clean your AGP/PCIe slot too (and please don't tell me you have a PCI graphics card).
