I hate pokemon now, but I remember the days when I loved it. I remember hitting up the Store with me and my best friend. We both agreed that no matter what I would get Gold and he would get Silver.
Turns out there was 1 silver left and no gold. Guess who got to the counter first. I lost a friend that day, but gained 262 new pok-e friends. FUCK YA

After the third gen they went too far imo. The 300-400 they had at the point was already a lot, but it was bearable. Now it's kind of like "lawl yeah I almost have all 798 of them" hooooly shit.

Not to mention all the good ones are reserved for people who keep an ear out then spend a shit ton to travel to a foreign event to get their games upgraded with access to the ultra-rare motherfuckers.

Basically, if I were to ever go out and get a pokemon game (which would be the only reason I'd ever buy a DS, so waste of money really) I'd get updated Gold and Silver, best gen ever made.

Oh and all the new ones in 4th and 5th generation mostly look like combinations of old ones, even a bit in 3rd gen too.

You make it seem like people only play in Ubers tier and almost all the events now take place over wifi silly. We also recently got a Wifi Jirachi event in North America which is really the only even pokemon you'll ever want (Celebi is nice but you dont miss out on too much) and why so much hate for Gen 4? They fixed/added so many good pokemon in that gen it makes Gen 3 look non existent. I'd also recommend Platinum over HG/SS.. I love it to death but GF needs to fix that game. Platinum was maaaddd good though.

I'd be more interested in seeing the old gen's spiced up. I'd even be cool with a new region/gyms/etc. if they didn't add new pokemon, or at least too many. Threw in a mixed bag of the old stuff with the rest being trade-able, and then maybe a couple new legendaries.

Fire Red and Leaf Green are my favorite newer ones, with Gold and Silver being my favorite oldies.

its legit but its not like your start off with a beginner Pokemon and become the ultimate mastor, you just make a super good team and battle, i personally want a Pokemon online thats like the actual games...just online.

Yeah but it's typing isnt the best so I'd want a Dragon/Ice evolution for it. SO SICK. Rapidash also needs an evolution considering Arcanine completely out does it in physical fire types but even Arcanine isnt that good so I'd give Rapidash a Fire/Flying Pegasus evolution. TELL ME that wouldnt be sick as fuck. Althought tons of first and second gen pokemon desperately need evolutions and its looking good because so far in 5th gen Luvdisc has gotten an evo that COULD make it useful and if Luvdisc can evolve anything can happen.

mr. mime sucks mah balls. there is a tier for ppl to only use lvl 5 pokemon like the starters and really shitty pokemon...its really funny.

a fire/flying rapidash would just get raped by stealth rock and become useless like charizard.
