cant ownagepranks delete dual pistols in weapon meny then? Or is to hard work to do or someting else?

It's simple to remove them from the guns menu, he probably just feels it is unnecessary to do so.

Bad enough M249 is removed. If people are complaining about the duels then I should start complain about the shotguns and awps. Overpowered!

Not really, when going up against the level 10k+'s it's extremely useful and easy to dodge them if your skilled and the user isn't.
