FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU I FUCKING HATE UPDOWNS! after running about 5 laps for offseason, we had to do about 200 updowns because one of the players swore the coach out.

Jog at a local track, I'd reccomend 5 laps daily, 1-3 laps sprinting STR8, it's best to train yourself for stamina
Purchase small weights, 20-50's depends on you, as well as ankle weights.
    Basic cardio

depends on your type of position for football.

but I'd definitely work on a lot of stamina work-outs, run several laps around a large field and then do 10 ups and down hills and repeat

it's always good to practice your sprints, so find a track and work on your 100s (which is the straight-aways of the track)

bleacher workouts are the greatest (i fucking hate them but my coach insists upon them) find stadium bleachers and run a lap around the track then enter the bleachers and go up and down the stair cases and repeat four times for a bleacher mile.

also agility work outs are good you can set up cups or cones and such and do different types of dynamic stretches to each or do creative footwork stuff.

    ....yeahhhh

Little late but coming from a soon-to-be coach.. it's a lot of
-stairs (stadium steps), or if not avail, sprint up hills a few dozen times
    -burpies
    -running, period
    -shuttle
for you're agility i suggest sprints, box drill (box with cones; backpedal, karoka, shuffle, sprint. or some variation)
and of course weight room time, following a workout, eating a lot (not shitty food tho)

good luck coming up in a few weeks.
