I was in lunch and i had bearly gotten this Fwd of a freind of mine singing (sings horrible) and well i finished hearing it and put it in my pocket and like 2 mins later this assistant principal tells me i saw you from all the way over there that you were useing your phone and i was like cmon out of all the people useing it you have to take mine. and i am kinda bummed about it knowing i couldent go to a party to get a ride but well i guess i diserved it now i gotta pay 15$
Post any bad things that has happend to you at school
im pretty sure its illegal if you have to pay the school for something that they took from you, which is technically stealing and a bribe. if a teacher tells me to give over the phone i just say no and argue with them until they finally give up. it works.

they shouldn't making you pay..that's dumb and i agree with dav3man i think it is illegal.
They make us pay too, It's against the rules to use phones, and if they do find us using it, they will confiscate the phone and charge us $15. It's like breaking a law, you break it you pay.

Tis not breaking the law thus your statement above is false. If it's a public school, you can do whatever the fuck you wanna do there, but you have the risk of getting caught. And paying to get your stuff back is bullshit
I dont let the school take my stuff. They search through things without you knowing.

Here they take it and hold it first time. Take it and send it to the office the second offense. Third offense they send it down town and you have to take your parents to get it back. If they request you give it to them, you can choose not to, but most will send you to the office and call down to make sure you got there...

damn some of you guys have it harsh.
i dont know why schools make such a big deal about people using phones during school.
if kids are gonna be texting during class and not paying attention thats their fault.
theyre the ones that are gonna fail a class and not graduate.
In my secondary school most of the teachers can't take you're phone off you. Most people rage and probably assault the teacher - like throw a chair at them or something lol!
When I was in high school, I got caught smoking a cigarette and the principal called my foster parents and they came up to the school and my principal told my foster parents to make me smoke a whole pack...I guess that was supposed to make me not want to smoke, but that was 5 years ago and I still smoke...

During my high school days, friends and I, were placing grapes on the ground (in the cafeteria) and seeing which one would get their grape stepped on first. I know this was a bad idea, but it got funnier once the main school chef told us (in all seriousness) that we could've killed someone.
