Sorry, I got distracted by something else.

Anyway I'm not too sure what is wrong.

Have you tried monitoring your cpu/memory usage while you play it?

Yeah I didn't even see that you had on board gfx, have you had any other problems like this with any other games/programs?

Ummm I could play CS 1.6 and unreal tournament 2004... Other then that I haven't had any other games on my PC...
Another note: the quality is really good... It is just the lag and my screen resolution is 1440 x 900

I would update your gfx card (not sure if it's possible with your current mobo), but wait for someone else to post their opinion.

You could also check out a different forum. This is just a community based around an online prank show host, and isn't full of tech savvy people.

[H]ard|Forum - Powered by vBulletin might be a good place to start.

This may help but 6fps is incredibly low so your PC might not be able to handle it. Try this.

Go into settings and turn everything down to low...

    Resolution - 600x800
    Shadows - OFF
    Particle Detail - LOW
    Everything similar to these LOW
And the most important one...Anti Aliasing - OFF

If none of this works, it's definitely time to invest in a new video card. You'll have to find out if your motherboard has an open PCI-express slot, but if it does you can correct this problem and get decent FPS for dirt cheap.

This is what a PCI-e slot looks like...

After looking at your specs, your processor can definitely handle this game and to me the only restriction seems to be on your video card speed and quality.

If you can afford the $50 grab this from somewhere online...

    Newegg.com - BFG Tech BFGE88512GTOCE GeForce 8800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

This is not a top of the line video card but it indisputably plays CSS with high FPS and will get you going in no time. Let me know if this helps and if you run into any other roadblocks.

Thanks... I will try that... Here's some pictures I just took...

Also here is a screenshot of what you told me to turn down in settings...

I turned everything to low... The screen shot above is what it originally was...
There was an improvement but it was still lagging...

I have several desktops in my loft I am going to see if they have a better graphics card.

I cannot afford a graphics card or ask my parents because I have no money and I got shit grades in college (high school for you Americans)...
