    Talking Is this a good Laptop?? HELP

    4 GB RAM
    screen size 17.3"
    Comes with windows 7 home premium

    its an HP DV7 model if anyone has it can you tell me if the series is reliable?

    HP Pavilion 17.3" AMD Athlon II Dual-Core M320 2.1GHz Laptop (DV7-3128CA)

    Computer not for gaming but is it good for just normal use?

    Hey OP, if you could provide some more detail I would be happy to tell you if it was worth your money. Link me to the page where you found this laptop and I'll find you one at a better price if I can with the same specs. What do you want to use it for? Gaming? School? Both?

    You're paying ~$300 just for the 17" screen so that's something you might want to rethink unless it's really important to you. The 17" computers also get really heavy if you have to lug them to class as well.

    Try looking on sites like Tigerdirect, Newegg, CanadaComputers and see what you can find. I don't know if you're american or not. You should be able to find one with a 15" screen and those specs for <$500.
