lol true but it takes a few seconds to up the fan speed manually
Takes people a few seconds to up it manually, when you're talking about the first boot up this doesn't matter. The last 9 series forced it and wouldn't change the speeds unless you did it yourself via Nvidia precision, bios, or a third party program.
