Make the Forum More Organized

On the serious note, the only thing I agree with is the media suggestion since I suggested the same thing before. Everything else would make the forum look ... well.. too organized.

I think there should be a media section but have pictures and videos as sub forums instead of completely merging the two together. if we had both pictures and videos all under one section it would be too confusing.
