ip for Surf/rpg server

Hello i have been playing the surf rpg server for 3 months now and my computer (or my css) deletes my favorite servers and i cant find it unles it's in favorites so could someone please post the ip adress to that server.

Valve released a broken update for CSS, and until they release a fixed update I won't be able to get the server back up. It's something on their end of things, but should be resolved in a reasonable amount of time
