Well it depends on what windows functions your parents are restricting. Has your registry, bios/boot keys, or network access been blocked? You will have to most likely stop it from starting up when windows boots up ^^

Listen if the keylogger is at Msconfig you can disable it and once you're computer opens it wont have any then find the name of the keylogger try searching it then remove it or go to you're hard drive and check out if you can find the keylogger or the program that stops you from accessing the internet and you can just open up the program like all programs have a page to confirm lock down on internets so you can just disable it and once you're mom comes to check on you delete history =) only if you dont want her to know uv been playing games

But the solution is to delete it from regedit;
Find the directory for the application and delete all the files in the directory. Delete the directory.
Open regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE and find the folder for the application. Delete the folder.
Open regedit and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE and find the folder for the application. Delete the folder.
To remove the application entry from Add/Remove Programs (if present) open regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall and find the folder for the application. Delete the folder.
Some applications have Services attached to them. If this is the case, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es, locate and delete the service.
In Windows Explorer, navigate to the individual user settings and delete program references. Common places to check would be:

Yeah that works too and if the programs run on setup disable it by going to msconfig and startup then uncheck the program =) and theres another way too
Can allways just hold her computer ransom, change her passwords or remove and hide her hard drive and offer to fix the problem once she removes the key loggers, or remove and or replace her ram chips with slower ones.
You can reinstall XP and just password your computer so she cannot install stuff like that
I am glad my mother was tech retarded well I was growing up, never had to deal with this issue...i was the one useing the keyloggers on her >.< worst thing I had was like a net nanny program that I was able to bypass with proxies lol
if your able to find the log files you can edit out what you do not want her to see
or make her have to look through a ton of stuff by just keyboard mashing a million lines of garbage mixed in
other then that there is not much you can do but keep your nose clean porn is highly over rated anyways.... if it is your messenger you don't want her seeing get a mic and just use voice.
